About the event

John from Curam (Fyvie) will be your guide on the day, talking about the importance of wildflowers for our local pollinators. Explore why it is important to grow local wildflowers. Learn which wildflowers to collect and how to identify them, when and how to collect seeds and how to sow and care for your plants.


For those who are keen, there is the opportunity to get an introduction to scything by Douglas Gooday! Bring your own scythe if you have one.


We will meet just next to the Nordic Ski Centre for this one - AB54 4SH. There is no need to book this event, but you can RSVP when planning to join us. Please wear sturdy footwear.


The walk is is suitable for all ages.
